Australia: $10 standard shipping fee for orders under $60, or $15 express shipping fee for orders under $130*.
New Zealand: $20 flat rate shipping fee.
International: $30 flat rate shipping fee.
If you place an order before 10am (AEST/AEDT) Mon-Fri we will send you your order on the same day. Most customers receive their order within 5 business days.
*Excludes Large Orders.
Larger orders incur additional fees as they cost our carriers more to deliver.
Return/exchange delivery due to change of mind purchases will be at your own expense and only accepted back within 30 days of the purchase date. The product must be in its original condition and resaleable. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Should the product be faulty or defective on arrival, we will offer you, replacement of item or full refund including delivery costs.
Fone King does not accept the return of products for refund, when you have had a change of mind, found an item cheaper somewhere else or have decided that you don’t like the product or have a use for it after purchase.
